This is a fully refurbished house with quality decoration and John Lewis carpets to give you a comfy feel. The Energy Rating is C (so very warm for the nice cold days). The River Trent is very close by (250 metres) with a large green bank and ample walking space. Buses into town are a 2 minute walk and approximately a dozen going into Nottingham city centre regularly, which is 7 minutes away.
