Overlooking the marsh and pool

In a very nice room just redone you can enjoy the calm of the marsh while being very close to the ocean. Note that a second juxtaposed bedroom is also for rent. Chatelaillon beach is 8 minutes away by car. You are 15 minutes from La Rochelle and Rochefort. 30 minutes from Île de Ré and 45 minutes from Île d'Oléron. The nearest is the beautiful Île d'Aix from Fouras 🤩🤩🤩 The space The land is large and wooded. You can enjoy the garden furniture next to the pool and vegetable garden. Guest access You have the private entrance, private bedroom and toilet and bathroom that are shared if there are other friends or tenants at home. During your stay I am fully available to advise travelers passing through in French 😊. My English needs to be improved😉. I can be very discreet if the guests would like. Other things to note The gate opens manually, there is just a carabiner. For the key in the safe, you have to press it.
