Relax with the whole family, including Rover-up to 2 dogs for NO ADDITIONAL FEE- at this cute, peaceful, 4 season home near the shores of Lake Erie in Conneaut, OH. Quiet neighborhood, newly updated, clean, comfortable and offers heat and A/C. Short walk away to the harbor, restaurants, fishing, kayaking and beaches. Or walk 1 1/2 blocks to Lake Erie and turn left to the beach. Travel just 30 minutes West down the road to Geneva-on-the-lake and over 30 wineries, or 30 min East to Erie. The space The home was recently updated, including new furniture, refinished hardwood floors and paint. The home can easily accommodate five guests. We offer one king, two queen and one pull out twin memory foam mattress. We also welcome up to 2 dogs, with host approval and no additional (for more than 3 dogs, talk with host--additional fee applies). We have 2 crates for your convenience, as well as other doggie supplies. We are conveniently located on Sandusky Street within a 5 minute walking distance of Lakeview park and the beach in Conneaut, OH. Barbecue on our gas grill, or treat yourself to home-cooked food at many of the local restaurants within walking distance. For those special occasions, there is a well-known Italian restaurant within a 10 minute walk. Perfect distance for walking off that pasta dinner. Relax in the living room or on the three season screened in back porch, both equipped with a ROKU TV. We also offer a ROKU TV in the 2nd floor bedroom and first floor blue bedroom. Grab a quick bite in the eat in kitchen which also can double as a work area, or enjoy dinner outside on the patio sitting at the umbrella table in the completely fenced in yard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your cooking needs, including some spices and seasonings. Note: Airbnb does not collect lodging taxes. Prices reflect 3% Conneaut lodging tax and 5% Ashtabula lodging tax. Guest access You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and offstreet parking. The garage is locked and used for storage. Because this is also our personal home that we are happy to share, there are some personal items stored in a small area in the basement. These are clearly marked and we ask that you be respectful and not use these items. Other things to note There is a 24 hour lockbox that has the key available to you. We ask that if you take the key, that you return it when you leave. That is our back up key, so if you choose to take it, please be careful not to lose it. We do not except any third-party bookings as it against Airbnb policy. If you are not staying there, we cannot accept your booking.
