This is a 1800 sq ft two story, newly renovated and perfectly equipped and furnished a-frame house with 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, and a beautiful kitchen. There are beds to sleep 8 adults, with room for kiddos on the couch or toddler bed. A perfect get away or summer vacation spot. Monkey Island is 2.5 hrs from OKC, 1hr from Tulsa, and 3 hrs from Kansas City. 20 minute drive to Grove. This house is close to everything Grand Lake has to offer, including Sangri-la, golf course, and great restaurants. The house is located close to a few Marina that can rent you boats or jet skis and dock at the house.
