Casa Danema is located in the historic center of Colombare, the main hamlet of Sirmione. It is a structure which includes three independent apartments on the first and second floors. Its excellent location places it a few steps from the main tourist and accommodation sites. In fact, on foot you can reach restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and supermarkets. The historic center of Sirmione is located 3 km away, a distance we recommend covering on foot, enjoying the beautiful walk. The space Located on the second floor, it is the main apartment we offer. The living area is characterized by a single room with a large living room with a sofa and TV, equipped kitchen with dining area and a furnished balcony with table, chairs and outdoor sofas. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and two bathrooms, one of which belongs to the master bedroom, also equipped with a furnished balcony with chairs and a coffee table. The apartment is thermo-autonomous, equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning in the living area and in the two main bedrooms. Guest access Private outdoor parking and inside the property. Other things to note You will be provided with the necessary information for self-service check-in. In case of difficulty, there will be a host to welcome you and give you the keys. At check-in, you will be asked to deposit the tourist tax of €2.80 per person per night (for the first 7 nights) in the key box, excluding children under 14 years of age.
