This brand new duplex, designed by an architect, is located between Parc de Procé and the city center, on a quiet street, 10 min from the center. Independent extension of a mansion, it is arranged on 2 levels. 1st level: - a small fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom with shower and separate toilet 2nd level: - one bedroom with double bed, built-in closet, and flat-screen TV - a large terrace of 8 m2 southwest facing overlooking a beautiful enclosed garden The space On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, and Nespresso. On this level there is also a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. A few steps will take you to the upper half-floor, with an openwork wooden slat partition, and its integrated breakfast-office space. There is a finely decorated bedroom, with a 160 double bed and a large built-in closet. Hi-tech amenities include a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi (Netflix access). The bedroom opens onto a large terrace overlooking a private south/west facing garden. The duplex is ideal for short-term assignments, and to discover the city of Nantes for a weekend. Comic book fan? Several complete series are at your disposal! The duplex is 24 m2 and contains all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay: - a very comfortable double bed (160 x 200), a wardrobe, a desk area with two high chairs, and a flat-screen TV (integrated Netflix account). - a kitchen area with double induction hob, fridge with freezer section, Nespresso (capsules provided), oven/microwave, electric kettle and toaster. - bathroom with sink, shower (90x100 receiver) and separate toilet - linen: 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillows, 2 pillowcases, 2 large bath towels and tea towels are provided. - The studio is equipped with all the basic cooking utensils. - Internet access: WIFI and cable of your choice. - Please note, access to the duplex is via a fairly steep staircase.
