Sea Breeze Sunsets - Noordhoek

A spacious, tranquil apartment nestled in a quiet crescent in rural Noordhoek, Cape Town. Our apartment has its own off street parking, separate entrance and sleeps four in two bedrooms. A large, private balcony with unbroken sea views is the perfect spot to relax with a sundowner after a day out enjoying the local sights and beaches. No loud parties that will disrupt the tranquility will be permitted. Solar system backup protects us from load shedding. The space Our apartment is accessed via its own staircase and opens up into a lovely, open plan lounge and dining room with panouramic views of the ocean and the famous Chapman's Peak Mountains. The kitchen is fully fitted including a dishwasher and microwave. DSTV and wifi access is available for our guests. The apartment is very secure and situated behind automatic gates and is alarmed. Secure off street parking for two cars is provided. Guest access We're situated just up the road from the Noordhoek Farm Village with its host of fabulous restaurants, kiddies play areas and markets. Cape Point Vineyards is within walking distance and they offer wonderful picnics in their garden as well as wine tasting, a restaurant, bar and a very popular night market on Thursdays. Many, many hiking trails are within a few minutes drive and we'll happily give you advice on our favourite walks. The peninsula is famous for its gorgeous, unspoilt beaches and you're spoilt for choice here! From the boardwalks of Fish Hoek to the striking seclusion of Scarborough to interacting with the famous penguins on Boulders Beach there’s a beach to suit everyones taste. Other things to note Please note: Noordhoek is a quiet neighbourhood and loud parties that disrupt the tranquility of the area will not be tolerated. Hen parties/ stag parties etc……I’m afraid this is not the venue for you.
