Large house in Chiemgau with garden and sauna

We rent our house with cozy furnishings and personal charm. We are not a hotel!! A large living room with a pass-through to the kitchen offers plenty of space to cook together and relax by the tiled stove. There is direct access to the terrace. At any time of the day, there are sunny and shady places to eat or relax. The very large garden invites you to play, go to the sauna or chill in the lounger. The space On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. A large living room with dining table, a tiled stove and a sofa bed 200x140 and a guest toilet. There is a terrace with a dining table and in the very large garden there is a sauna. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 240 cm bed and a guest room with a 200 x 140 cm bed and a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. On request for more than 4 people, there is another room with a queen size bed 200 x 160 and 2 armchairs, with separate shower and toilet in the lower area (with access to the garden). Guest access During your vacation, you will have the entire house and garden at your disposal. There are some rooms with personal items that are not available. Parking and garage right in front of the house. Other things to note Within walking distance and 5 minutes away by car, there are 2 bakers, 1 butcher, Edeka, Norma, Netto, 1 health food store, country department store with large organic department, pharmacy, beverage market, as well as the Thursday market. The nearest very nice town is Traunstein, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There is a market 3 times a week and numerous shopping opportunities. Nearby there are numerous swimming lakes: Chiemsee (15 min), Tütensee (10 min), Lötensee, Mittersee and Weitsee (20-30 min). There are numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house and in the immediate vicinity. In 3 minutes walking distance there is a small playground, with cable car, swing, slide, seesaw, cottage and climbing facility and ping pong table.
