Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park. The space The apartment is approximately 36 m² and is located on the 3rd floor and can only be reached via the stairs. An elevator is not available. The spacious bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine. The main room is equipped with a small pantry. With a 2-burner induction range ideal for small meals. An oven, microwave and dishwasher are not provided. The windows above the street below are triple glazed and keep the noise of road traffic and the tram outside. It is a not heavily frequented tram line that does not run at night. We are happy to provide many other items for daily life. Not all are in the apartment, e.g. a clothes rack.
