Other things to note HOUSE RULES Tenant Maintenance Responsibility: 1) The guest will keep the premises clean and in good condition and, at the end of the rental, must return the same in the same condition except for the final cleaning; 2) The guest must immediately inform the Host (owner) of any defects or dangerous conditions within and regarding the premises of which the guest becomes aware. PROHIBITIONS: 1) In the common places (stairs) and apartments it is forbidden to wear ski boots or mountain shoes. 2) Smoking is prohibited in the common places (stairs) and apartments. (There is an area outside equipped for smokers.) 3) Guests will not be able to invite visitors and organize parties. PARKING: 1) for each place there is a parking space in front of the house. Guests are recommended to carefully park their car while leaving the necessary space for their neighbors. PETS: 1) UPON REQUEST, we only accept small- and medium-sized DOGS (no Pitbulls); no cats, birds, rabbits, etc. 2) Dogs should never be left unattended in the listing. In common places, they must be kept on a leash and bring the muzzle. Guests can take Animal Friends to do their needs in the garden, but feces should be collected and thrown in the compostboard at the bottom of the garden to keep the common places clean. Near the House there are also large areas (woods and uncultivated areas) where guests can walk their dogs. 3) Dogs must be well-educated. They don't have to bark so they don't disturb the neighbors. In the accommodation available to guests there is the phone number of any dog-sitters (pet pensions). COMMON PLACES 1) Skiing, boots and other sports equipment should be kept in the garage and not taken to the accommodation 2) In the equipped areas of the garden, the guest will be able to bring their dog with a leash and muzzle.
