Other things to note HOUSE RULES Tenant maintenance responsibilities: 1) The Guest will keep the premises clean and in good condition and, at the end of the rental, must return the same in the same condition except for the final cleaning; 2) The Guest must immediately inform the Host (owner) of any defects or dangerous conditions inside and regarding the premises of which the Guest becomes aware. RESTRICTIONS: 1) In common areas (stairs) and in the apartments it is forbidden to wear ski boots or mountain shoes. 2) Smoking is prohibited in common areas (stairs) and apartments. (Outside there is an area equipped for smokers.) 3) Guests cannot invite visitors and organize parties. PARKING: 1) There is a parking space in front of the house for each accommodation. Guests are advised to park their car carefully, leaving enough space for their neighbors. PETS: 1) ON REQUEST we only accept small and medium-sized DOGS (no cats, birds, rabbits, etc.) 2) Dogs should never be left unattended in the accommodation. In common areas, they must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. Guests can take their animal friends to do their business in the garden, but the feces must be collected and thrown into the compost bin at the bottom of the garden to keep the common areas clean. Near the house, there are also vast areas (woods and uncultivated areas) where guests can walk their dogs. 3) Dogs must be well-behaved. They must not bark so as not to disturb the neighbors.
