The villa is located one block from the main avenue where all the supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and shops are located. It is 500 meters from the beaches. A 10-minute walk away is the promenade and at the same distance are the famous coves of Miami. The space The villa has a fantastic PRIVATE patio of about 70m2. On the ground floor, there is a dining room with TV and air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen with laundry area, a toilet, access to the underground garage (also PRIVATE) with a parking space for one car, and an exit to the patio with an outdoor table and chairs. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a 150cm bed, a double bedroom with trundle beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a double bedroom with a 135cm bed. The first floor also has air conditioning in all rooms. It has a huge patio where children can play quietly. Other things to note Families only. No young groups allowed.
