Queen bed in master bedroom , full and twin in 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa . Week end nights at $150 a night and week nights at $90 a night with a 3 night minimum . No cleaning service provided . Guests will need to clean condo ( vacuum , sweep, clean bathrooms and kitchen, wash bed sheets , towels , etc. ) before leaving. Weekly rate is $750 . No pets allowed and No Smoking . A $200 cleaning and damage deposit can be charged if condo is not cleaned before leaving . Check in time is 4:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 PM
