Early check-in fee is $10 per hour up until the normal 2:00 pm check-in time. Once booked, let us know if you require an early check-in on the day of arrival. Even if you request to book with a check-in time before 2:00 pm, unless the early check-in fee is added to the reservation your check-in time remains 2:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am as late check out fees apply 10$ per an hour till 1 pm if we have potential guests at the same day of checkout. and at additional cost and 25$ extra per night for more 3 guests. 3/ Any missing or damaged items (i.e., towels, utensils, keys, furniture items, etc.) will be considered as a security breach and included in your bill before your departure (100$ Damage deposit)(Guests are expected to leave the house in similar condition as they find it) wipe up spills, wash all dishes, AC/ heat, fans & lights off and premises locked. 4/ If you rearranged any furniture, please return it to its original 5/ please note that in accordance to Egyptian tourism law only Arab/Egyptian couples must show proof of marriage certificate.
