The ideal place to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature, where the green of the woods that surround the entire landscape and the grandeur of the famous Dolomites in the distance, form a perfect setting for hiking, trekking and mountain biking to discover enchanting places. The house is within walking distance of the Brent De L'Art, which is one of the most interesting natural beauties of our valley as well as being one of the few geological configurations in Europe with such characteristics, an uncontaminated environment and rich in historical and environmental cues. You can reach the house through the famous Passo S.Boldo, a historic road built during the period of the Serenissima and "completed" only in 1918 thanks to the hard work of the soldiers and the local population, it represents a fantastic destination for road cyclists. Guest access HOUSING apartment, adjacent to the main house, will allow you to be enveloped in a rustic and familiar atmosphere where you can spend your holidays in total serenity and relax after adventurous days discovering these magnificent lands. The apartment consists of: a living area equipped with a kitchenette with a two-burner induction stove and a small refrigerator; the bathroom features a large shower and a double bedroom where the key words are "rusticity" and "minimalism". You will find a clothes hanger and a simple shelf where you can store your clothes, equipment, etc... outside you will find a large lawn and a second "gravel" garden where you can comfortably park your vehicles.
