Other things to note It is rented from 2 days, not for noisy events, by the owner without commissions. Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00 (in case of late check-in, an additional fee is 300 rubles), check-out from 08:00 to 12:00 (in case of early check-out - 300 rubles). The service of intermediate cleaning of the apartment (once in seven days ), change of linen and towels - 800 rubles. Standard price for 1-2 guests (if two guests use a second bed, a set of pastel accessories - 390 rubles. one time). When checking in on the 3rd , 4th guest, an additional 390 rubles per day. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
