The space A newly built bright and spacious modern terrace home, with heated pool, spa and stylish furnishings throughout. As you walk into the wide hallway, there is a powder room and laundry, then opens up into a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space that flows out onto the patio, overlooking the pool area. Total house consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 being occupied by the owner), then a 2 bedroom wing with own bathroom and TV/living room is available to rent (or bedrooms can be rented separately with bathroom). • Room 1 (street view): consists of a queen bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables, and balcony. • Room 2: consists of a double bed, wardrobe & bedside tables. All bedding and towels are provided. This space is ideal for business people, singles or friends travelling together. You will have full access to the kitchen, all living spaces as well as the outdoor seating area & pool/spa (addition fees for pre-heating). Guests can use everything to feel at home and relax in style – books, music, a fully equipped kitchen, front loader washing machine and dryer, etc. Houe is immaculately clean and comfortable. Guest access All areas (excluding Owners room & garage) During your stay Once you have your key and have settled in, I will respect your privacy and interact as much or as little as you like to ensure that your stay is a relaxing and enjoyable one. As this is my home, I ask that you respect my privacy and space in return. However, I am always happy for guests to join me in a glass of wine at the end of a day. Other things to note I have a small dog who lives on the property.
