Condo in Chamonix

My apartment has a direct view on the Mont-Blanc, l'Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons. It is near the following ski slopes : Brévent, Flégère, and Les Houches. You can access some shops (supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, etc.) within few minutes walking. A bus station and a train station are located next to the building (100 meters) and you can reach the center of Chamonix or the ski slopes quickly. There is also a covered parking (a remote control is needed to have access) that you can use. The space My place is about 40 square meters, with a very large window where you can directly see the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. There is room for 4 people. The building is secured with a digicode, and you can get to the last floor (where my apartment is) with the lift. From the building, you can get to the center of Chamonix in 15min walking. There is 1 slot that you can use in the covered parking. In the apartment : there is an area with a 140x190 bed, which is separated from the rest of the appartment with a dividing wall and curtains. 240x220 duvet, pillows and bedsheets are provided. You can use the large cupboard (there is an iron if needed) In the living room you'll find a sofa bed, a TV, a DVD player, Chromecast, table and chairs. In the kitchen : a fridge with freezer, a hot plate, an oven, a micro-wave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and a kettle. A washing machine is also available. Bathroom : bathtub, WC, hair-dryer, and heated towel rack. There is also all you need for a baby (portable crib, baby-changing matress, and also a booster seat). You can use the wifi connection. There is a bus stop next to the building (to go to the center of Chamonix in less than 10 minutes). There is also a train station at less than 3 min by walking (to go to Chamonix center in 5 min). There is lake near the building where you can have picnic. There are also some sporting equipment (treetop course, climbing wall etc). Last, there is a market every saturday morning. Guest access The whole appartment and a dedicated parking slot. Other things to note A concierge service will welcome you for the check-in. They will also clean the appartment at the end of your stay. However I request you to do the dishes, take the trash out, and gather the towels in the bathroom.
