Cozy vacation cottage in beautiful surroundings

Relax and unwind in the stylishly decorated vacation home Zonnekoninkje. The house is located on De Emperer in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Oude IJssel, near Voorst and close to the beautiful old Hanseatic city of Zutphen. The towns of Deventer and Apeldoorn are also nearby. Beautiful walks and cycling and mountain bike tours are possible, such as on the Tondense Heide, Landgoed Voorstonden and the Postbank. You can also relax at Thermen Bussloo. The space The cottage Zonnekoninkje is fully equipped. It has a nice living room with wood stove, a kitchen with a simple cooking facility, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower (hair dryer available). On top of the mezzanine is a luxurious double box spring bed, and on the ground floor, the sofa under the loft can easily be converted into a sofa bed. Beautiful large veranda, outdoor terrace and surrounding lawn. There is an unobstructed view and lots of privacy. PS Bed box spring and (if applicable) the sofa bed is made. Note: Wood for the wood-burning stove is available from us. €10/crate, enough for a few wonderful evenings of heating. You can request this via email and we will prepare it for you. Guest access Voorst-Empe train station is 850 m away. You approach the cottage through the fence to the property. You drive past the veranda and then you will see the vacation home, for which two parking spaces are freely available. Other things to note The vacation home does not have a separate bedroom, but a loft on which the box spring is located. Possibly the cottage can be used by 4 people, because the sofa is easy to convert into a good sofa bed. Bed linen is available for both the bed and the sofa bed.
