Welcome to my quiet, bright room on the first floor of my house, built in 1974, in Ottobrunn in the southeast of Munich. Kettle, coffee/tea press, dishes, cutlery available. Otherwise no cooking facilities. Shared shower room on the ground floor. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: 5 min. to the bus. From the station 23 min. to Marienplatz, to Oktoberfest/Theresienwiese 42 min. CAR: To the ADELE Arena/Trade Fair in approx. 15 minutes, in about 30 minutes to the Allianz Arena or in the mountains. 2 km to the Mangfall bike path or Isar-Inn panoramic trail. The space I would be happy if you could find out more here. Later, I will send you more detailed information via your normal email address. - The room on the 2nd floor is well suited for 1 person. If you are 2 people, it will be a bit cozy and everyone should store their belongings well (there is some closet/storage space for this) so that the other person also has enough space. The room is functionally furnished: 1 bed, for 2 people: plus a folding bed, desk and chairs, coffee table, sideboard, wardrobe, radio, mirror, lamps. The room is very bright through room-wide windows and a balcony door. It cannot be completely darkened. From the window you have a wonderful view of the countryside. Unfortunately, there are currently construction sites for single-family homes in the wider area, but not in the immediate vicinity, so that there may be slight noise or road pollution. The forest for walking or jogging is only 100 m away. The nearest restaurant is in the neighboring street. Other restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a kebab shop, grocery store, butcher, drugstore, bank, pharmacy and doctors can be found at the Ottobrunn S-Bahn station (about 1 km). Since we live in a very upscale area, there is not a store on every corner. For this elegant location and also proximity to the city (not: downtown location), the price you pay in my house for your overnight stays is really extremely cheap and affordable. - Please ALWAYS OBSERVE OFFICIAL AND LEGAL information and rules (e.g. those of the registration authorities) as well as my house rules (among other things, I need the last name, first name, date of birth, address, passport (replacement) or residence permit or identity card numbers and nationality of all guests). Guest access Access to the room on the 2nd floor and the shower room on the ground floor is via a shared staircase and shared hallways. The shower room on the ground floor is shared by you. Cabinet space for your bathroom utensils is available as well as a hairdryer. Arrival: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Departure: 11:00 am at the latest (please leave the premises in a clean condition, bed and pillow covers removed and with the used towels in a pile). During your stay You will find in me a cosmopolitan, well-traveled and communicative host who will be happy to help you with your visit as far as it is in my power. I speak English and a little French. Other things to note With the booking I have accepted, you will also receive the exact descriptions of the small room and the conditions/house rules in an extra email to your normal email address, which you should send me via Airbnb immediately after your booking. In addition, after booking and in any case before arrival, I need the name, date of birth, residential and registration address, passport number or ID number (driver's license or other documents are unfortunately not sufficient) and a current phone number (if this does not match the one provided to Airbnb), among other things, because of the registration and other authorities, as well as for private and security reasons. You are certainly familiar with the registration form to be completed by the guest in the hotel - this is also available here because it complies with legal obligations.
