"The Beach Path Seaside Villas" is an elegant complex of three stone-built residences on Paros, just a short walk away (70 m) from the lovely sandy beach of Lolantonis, on a hill with a breathtaking view. The complex is located in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive and fig trees and vegetable garden. Built outside the settlement, it allows the visitors to listen to the sound of the waves and the wind; to let their mind wander as they stare out to sea; and gaze at the starry night sky. The space The farm is located on the southeast side of the island, at ‘Lolantonis’ beach. The complex is built in 7,300 m2 of lush farmland with vines, olive & fig trees and vegetable garden in a complex of 4 houses. The orientation of the houses offers unobstructed view of the sea and ensures the peace and privacy of visitors. A stone-paved path leads from the edge of the farm to the beautiful sandy ‘Lolantoni’ beach. VILLA KEDROS The 103m2 Villa Kedros is a fully furnished and equipped two-storey residence, capable of housing 5-6 guests. The ground floor of the residence comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room and a bedroom. The sea view open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room has a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. The sea view double bedroom has twin joinable beds and en suite bathroom. The bedroom/en suite bathroom area can be completely isolated from the living room by a double wooden door and has independent access to the outside. On the first floor, there is a sea view bedroom with an en suite bathroom. It is furnished with one double bed and one single bed. On request, a further single bed can be added. On this floor, there is a sea view balcony shaded by a wooden pergola. VILLA ELIA The 136m2 Villa Elia is a fully furnished and equipped single-storey residence, capable of housing 7. It has an open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room, one master bedroom, two double rooms and two bathrooms. The sea view open-plan kitchen/living room/dining room has a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. The sea view master bedroom is at the back of the residence, and is furnished with one double and one sofa bed. There is a spacious bathroom adjacent to it, which can be used to serve just the master bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is furnished with two single beds,. The second double bedroom is on an open mezzanine, with short screen so as not to be seen from the living room. and is furnished with twin joinable beds. The second bathroom is off the living room. VILLA SCHINOS The 113m2 Villa Schinos is a fully furnished and equipped two-storey residence, capable of housing 6 guests. The ground floor of the residence comprises an open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room and a bedroom. The sea view open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room has a spacious veranda, which is shaded horizontally by a wooden pergola, and provides access to the garden. Τhe sea view double bedroom has twin joinable beds and en suite bathroom. The bedroom/en suite bathroom area can be completely isolated from the living room by a double wooden door and has independent access to the outside. On this floor, there is a sea view balcony. It has a low balustrade and should not be used by unsupervised children. SERVICES * Welcome Basket: at your arrival you will be greeted with a basket crammed full of Greek products, such as rusks, butter, honey, jam, eggs, cheese and other local treats. * CLEANING SERVICES From 15th of April till 14th of July and 27th of August till 30th of September cleaning and cahnge of bed linen & towels once a week. From 14th of July till 26th of August 2 days a week (excluding Sunday) for 1.5 hours per day. A change of bed linen and towels once a week. BEACH AMENITIES One beach towel per person, which is changed once a week. One beach umbrella & 4 sunbeds per house. Other things to note The villas have a common-use stone-built BBQ, on a covered site, protected from the wind. The site includes a constructed traditional oven, a large working surface, a sink, built-in couch and a table. The site can be used upon request. The fertile farmland includes fig trees and vines, with white and red grapes, while the vegetable garden, depending on the season, provides tomatoes, aubergines and other vegetables.
