We are conveniently located opposite the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University precincts in a tranquil little pocket that feels just far enough from the urban hustle and bustle. The space The building is one year old, and each apartment is fully furnished with brand new appliances and furnishings including a full sized fridge, soft fabric bedheads and bamboo cotton linen. Each apartment is unique with some facing the lush greenery of the parklands and some facing the streetscape. All units have balconies. There is a rooftop space with BBQ facilities. We are still in the process of getting this area furnished with seating but you are welcome to pop up and take in the views! The building is secure with fob access required for entry and 24 hour CCTV system. The fire stair lights emit a soft glow onto the street 24 hours a day so you have peace of mind for anytime you need to come back. The street is peaceful and you will find that it is extremely quiet at night. Guest access The Gold Coast Hospital and Griffith University precincts are a 5 minute walk. Should you need to travel further, the Gold Coast light rail network (G:link) and bus services will take you anywhere you need to go from there. Free parking is available on the street. A two hour limit applies on weekdays between 9am - 5pm, but is unlimited after hours and all weekend. Secure parking is available on site for $10 per day, subject to availability. Distance to other key areas: -The Gold Coast University Hospital and Gold Coast Private Hospital is opposite and about a 5 minute walk (400m). -Griffith University is a 5 - 10 minute walk. -Woolworths supermarket is a 4 minute drive. -Harbour Town outlet shopping centre is a 7 minute drive. -Main Beach is a 15 minute drive. -Surfers Paradise is an 18 minute drive. -Helensvale Train Station (to travel to Brisbane etc) is a 12 minute drive.
