The space This roomy studio-style space was purpose built for the comfort and convenience of our guests and is ideal for a weekend getaway or flexcation any time. You have the accommodation to yourself and you will not share any spaces. Parking: free parking on our driveway or on the street. There is a super comfy Queen-sized bed with electric blanket, 2-seater couch, dining area, kitchenette, luxurious ensuite with soaking tub, private deck with BBQ. Smart TV, free high speed internet and Netflix. Air-conditioned with a fan. The fully equipped kitchenette contains a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery and basic food preparation utensils, a variety of teas, coffee and milks. Flexcation: we provide high-speed internet, USB ports, ample space and quiet to work. Pet friendly: with fully enclosed pet courtyard including doggie sandpit. We provide a raised dog bed, pet futon, pet bowls and bags, towels for that after beach rub down. Security: the front entrance/hallway and your accommodation are for your exclusive use. There is a deadlock on each door. Hand sanitizer provided. Guest access Guests have sole access to the accommodation which includes a large ensuite, kitchenette, private deck with BBQ and fully-enclosed courtyard. Other things to note We provide coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, BBQ utensils, crockery and cutlery and glasses. First aid kit also provided.
