Don’t be noisy, don't jump on the floor, don't disturb neighbour, once get neighbour complaint will be fine RM200 and immediately check out. 🤫 2. Number of Check In Guest We only allowed the number of guest check-in according to Guest Itinerary. Guests must declare if the occupants are not the same as the booking name. No other guests other than declared. Management reserved the right to evict undeclared guests during the stay. 3. Early Check In & Late Check Out & Late Check In after Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. Check out time before 1️⃣1️⃣ am, if late will be extra charges start from 11.01am. 🕛 4. Cleaning Fees Cleaning Fees is one off house cleaning & laundry service after guest check-out. Additional house cleaning & laundry service will be charged upon request. Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guests will be charged to the guest. 5. Outdoor Shoe No Outdoor Shoe walking inside the house. Indoor Slippers are provided. 6. Smoking 100% non-smoking. A penalty of RM200 will be imposed to sanitize the house to remove the odor and stains. 7. Moving Furniture Guests are not allowed to re-arrange any interior furniture without our consent. It will cause damage to the furniture and also the flooring. A RM300 penalty will be charged to any guest who violates the policy. 8. Switch Off Power Please make sure to switch off all air-conditioners and lights before leaving the apartment. 9. Stains & Damages Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guests on our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting, hair dryer, etc will be charged to the guest. 10. Video/Photo Shooting ❌ No Visitor Allow To use the unit for the purpose of accommodation only. We are not allowed other purposes other than declared, for example friends visiting, gathering events, party, celebration, photo shoot or video shooting in the apartment. Management reserved the right to take any action it deems necessary if any guest violates the policy. 11. Keys / Padlock Guests are responsible for the house key. There will be a charge of RM 10.00 per key, RM 100 / pad lock. 12. Pets No pets are allowed in the unit. Guests having pets in the unit may face disciplinary action and be charged for damages and/or cleaning. 13. Durian No Durian and Event allowed in the apartment. 14. Guest's Valuables Guests are responsible for owned valuables’ safety therefore please kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay especially without your presence. 15.
