The property, obtained from the scrupulous conservative restoration of an ancient farmhouse, is located in a characteristic village surrounded by the quiet and greenery of the Parma hill. The rhythms of life of the rural villages of the past and the tranquility of the hills are the key to an absolutely relaxing stay. Ideally located for racing bike or MTB routes and hiking in the middle of nature and half an hour's drive from the artistic beauties of Parma. The space The accommodation is located in an old single-family stone farmhouse, completely renovated, located in a characteristic village, in a very quiet position, albeit within a rural village. The paved outdoor area allows you to have breakfast or meals in relaxation outdoors, as well as parking the car. From behind the house, the view sweeps over the surrounding hills, Mount Fuso and the Bismantova stone. The house is structured on two floors: on the ground floor there is the living area, with an entrance, a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are the three bedrooms with another bathroom. Guests have the entire house at their disposal and are free to organize themselves as they see fit. The fully equipped kitchen can be used freely for breakfast (not provided), lunches or dinners in complete autonomy, and everything you need can be found nearby.
