Description
Located in the famous southern Atherton Tableland, the granny flat is located on 3.25 acre of riverfront rural property(private access to the river). Massive 166 species of birds are recorded. Tree Kangaroo & Platypus are also regular. The granny flat is adjoined to main farmhouse but it has your own entrance, own bathroom, and own living area so nothing to share. Best suits to people who don’t require any frills, but desire to get affordability and wildlife. Air-conditioned. Meals available. The space The hosts (well-known bird-guide) planted 1200 native trees, that is one reason there're over 160 species of birds here...even Tree-kangaroo and Platypus can be seen. Unlimited Telstra NBN Wi-Fi works quite good here, good enough for ZOOM. Cool mountain air and birds song are our favourite. Also we are so fortunate to have as many as 5 national parks within around 20 minutes drive. Guest access You can access all part of 3.25 are garden & forest & river. Fishing is possible. You can swim at my river at your own risk, it's deep! Other things to note The full-clean-up will be done weekly.
