Villa Kapai is a 1 Bedroom Private Villa in the very center of trendy Seminyak. One of 6 beautiful new “Asian Shophouses”, Villa Kapai backs on to Seminyak Square and Bali's famous "Eat Street", yet remains a quiet oasis on a private lane with no through-traffic. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. We believe this little street is the best location in Seminyak; Sisterfields Cafe & BOSSMAN Burger are 50 meters away for reference. The space Villa Kapai is perfect for couples - it is beautifully decorated with a living area that flows out to a lovely pool and outdoor area and a cosy bedroom upstairs. Equipped with a comfy couch and high-speed WiFi, you have everything you need for ultimate relaxation and entertainment – day and night – in the comfort of your sumptuous surroundings. Whether you want to explore the local area, walk to the beach, shop in Seminyak's wonderful boutiques or visit a relaxing Spa, Villa Kapai offers it all on your doorstep. Guest access Please note given the central location, for those with cars there is undercover (paid) parking in the adjacent Seminyak Shopping Centre, or on-street (free) parking a few minutes walk away. The upstairs bedroom is small with a small ensuite shower and toilet and the basin in the corner of the bedroom (as per the photos). 2 wardrobes allow guests to unpack their clothes and keep their bags downstairs or underneath the bed. - Rate is room only, breakfast is not included although this can be arranged at a small cost. - Extra guest is possible (but more suitable to a child) to stay on the sofa bed downstairs at an extra cost of USD 25/night, including bed linen. There is a toilet downstairs, but not a full bathroom.
