With us, you have a mini farm with chickens, rabbits, cats in the wild, as well as horses. Nature is an important thing when staying at Cantal Emotion. We take the time to make a brief of what you can see and do in the area then we install you in the cottage. In the cottage you will find all the detailed inventories as well as the cleaning sheet for check-out. If you notice an anomaly, it should be reported to us at the reception, by text or on the Airbnb app within 2 hours of your arrival. If we do our best to offer excellent accommodations, we are not perfect and can leave a small shell, we will be happy to rectify the situation. With us, to allow us to welcome you in the best possible conditions, we have chosen to continue applying strict health protocols. To be able to apply them, we need time, which is why compliance with the cleaning sheet, check-in and check-out times is essential for us, but also for you and the following hosts. Guest access The cottage is rented in full. 3 bedroom cottage including 2 on the ground floor. Dedicated entirely to visitors. Security Deposit A guarantee deposit of €350 per cottage payable in 2 checks (€250 and €100) is required upon arrival. The deposit can be paid by bank card via our online secure payment platform. The security deposit will be returned within 15 to 30 days of the end of the stay, minus the deductions withheld for any damage caused or missing items (deposit €250) and provided that the chalet is returned in the same clean condition as you found it (cleaning deposit €100). The return period may be up to 2 months in the event of a dispute. For the return of security deposits, provided that the conditions on it are met, a photo will be sent by email or text for checks with the words "CANCEL". They'll be torn and thrown away. For bank card security deposits, a refund of the sums paid will be refunded, provided that the conditions if it are met, on the bank card charged via our secure online payment platform. Our family cottage village is a space of calm and relaxation, for the respect of all parties and events are not allowed. The calm must be respected from 22h to 7h. In case of non-compliance, a security deposit may be made to compensate other visitors for the night commotion made. In any case, the cottage will be delivered to visitors only if there is a security deposit.
