Small 35 m2 wooden house located in the countryside: 24 minutes from St Malo 22 minutes from Dinan 27 minutes from Rennes 25 minutes from Dol-de-Bretagne 4 minutes from Bourbansais Zoo 50 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel - 1 km, access to the Ille & Rance canal It has: - dry toilet - wood stove (only heating) - 160 bed on the mezzanine, one bedroom with 2 90 beds (170 and 200) on the mezzanine and a 140 bed downstairs. sheets are provided €5/bed, bath towel not provided - 80 m2 enclosed garden with covered terrace The space The accommodation is located in a hamlet, close to our living space! ⚠️ The countryside is alive and can be noisy!! Children playing outside, tractors passing by, lawnmowers, dogs barking... You will be able to meet our children aged 9, 7 and 18 months but also our young dog and the 9 cats who walk around here and there... This micro-house was created to respect your tranquility and privacy as much as possible. It was built with a focus on recovery rather than consumption. That's why few items are new except for appliances. We wanted to value the fact of being able to live with the minimum. The accommodation therefore does not have a microwave, toaster, hair dryer... We also prefer to let nature express itself within reason. it seemed important to us to make this clear! 😊 Enjoy your stay!!
