Wooden house of 35 m2 located in the countryside at: 24 minutes from St Malo 22 minutes from Dinan 27 minutes from Rennes 25 minutes from Dol de Bretagne 4 min. from La Bourbansais Zoo 50 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel - 1 km, access to the Canal d'Ille & Rance It has: - Dry toilets - wood burning stove (only heating) - 160 cm bed on the mezzanine, one bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (170 and 200) on the mezzanine and 2 160 x 200 cm sofa beds downstairs. Sheets are provided for €5/bed; bath towels are not provided - 80 m² enclosed garden with covered terrace The space The accommodation is located in a hamlet, close to where we live! ⚠️ The countryside is alive and can be noisy!! Children playing outside, tractors passing by, lawnmowers, dogs barking... You may come across our children aged 12, 9, and 4, as well as our young female dog and the 9 cats that wander around... This micro home was created to respect your peace and privacy as much as possible. It was built with a focus on recycling, which is why few items are new, apart from the appliances. We wanted to emphasize the value of being able to live with the bare minimum. The accommodation therefore does not have a microwave, toaster, hairdryer, etc. We also prefer to let nature express itself as far as is reasonable.
