Three Bedroom Apartment at Peponi

This listing is a well-appointed three bedroom apartment at Peponi. It is decorated with handicrafts made by local artisans and kitenge works. The corridors and rooms have wildlife pictures taken by me in Rwanda. The pool area is done in wood and has great views; we have a chef who can cook from our menu for reasonable prices. We do not have set the timing for breakfast(Breakfast is not included in the price. We charge 6USD/Guest for breakfast.). The space Peponi has ground plus three floors and has eight rooms and five apartments on rent. The current listing is a three bedroom apartment among the five apartments. We have ample car parking space. We have a spacious garden and even a small football ground that is attached to the property where the local kids play football every day. The property also has a pool with a deck and a firepit. We also have a barbecue area near our dining. Guest access The guests have access to the pool, garden and other common areas. We can give access to the laundry at an additional charge. We also have other amenities like iron box etc. on request. We do not have guest access to the kitchen for self-cooking, but we have a chef who can cook from our menu which is very reasonably priced. Other things to note Our location is 10 minutes from most things in Kigali by car. That being said if you are the kind of person who wants to walk to everything, our location might not be for you. Ideally, you should have access to a car or be willing to use motorbike taxis when staying with us. We do not have a lift in this property, and you will have to use stairs to reach your rooms. Also, note that we are connected to the fibre via a last-mile wireless link, this means that we do have internet, but I would recommend taking an Airtel Sim card if you need urgent work done. It will cost you less than a dollar for a day. You can get them on the way from the airport to our place or at any Airtel centre. We find Airtel to be more reliable for internet than MTN, but MTN is also good especially if you get the 4G packs. We would have given Sim cards as part of the room, but the law here does not permit us to do that and mandates it is registered in the name of the person using it. While this does not mean that our internet is terrible, it is just that we understand how vital internet can be to some people and we do not want to mislead you by saying our internet is excellent. We have a cleaning team that we have hired from the local community. We have trained them over the period they have been working with us. We are proud to be employing as many people from the local community as possible. If you feel there is a need for improvement in any segment feel free to talk to us, we are always looking for ideas and suggestions. The said apartment does not have a full kitchen however comes with a dining area that has a kettle, fridge and a microwave. Guests should adhere to all Covid related rules set by the Government of Rwanda. This includes producing test results as per current directives.
