Large balcony overlooking the jetty with the most amazing views of Villa del Balbianello, Isla Comancina and Bellagio. Part of a recently developed private lake resort next to the small luxury Filario boutique hotel. Guest access Access to resort's private under-ground parking, private beach, own boat jetty space (7mx2.6m) and infiniti swimming pool. The jetty, pool and beach is maintained and staffed by a luxury boutique hotel (Filario) which also has a fantastic lake-front restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other things to note Government ID verification is a must and a history of positive AirBnB reviews are critical. If the Airbnb past reviews are nil or insufficient, we will request further background checks such as providing details of a LinkedIn account. Boat rental is not included - this needs to be organised by yourself (but you can ask the apartment manager for suggestions) WIFI is provided via a modem connected to the local mobile phone operator, with 4G connection speed. Apartment electricity is limited to 3kW to protect the lines. This means simultaneous use of major appliances may cause the fuse to trip. HOW TO REACH LAKE COMO INFO HOLIDAYS: The office is located in the village of Lezzeno on the main road. Lezzeno is the longest village of the lake (about 7 km long) and we are nearly at the end of the village towards Bellagio. If you are driving from Como, you can find it on the left hand side at about 400 meters after the Hotel Aurora (Bellagio direction). There is a big sign outside the office with the name of the agency on it: Lake Como Info Holidays. If you are coming from Bellagio, it will be on the right hand side at about 700 meters from the beginning of the village of Lezzeno. If you get to the Hotel Aurora, you drove too far... make a U turn and you will see our sign! Registration details I applied for a CIN but haven’t received it yet
