There is a clothes horse for indoor drying. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house or garage. If you guest do so we will fine the guest $500. And reported to Airbnb and negative feedback will left. No exceptions. Walk 100 metres to the beach, Chisholm golf course, ice skating rink, plus supermarkets, shops, petrol stations and St Clair Esplanade within walking distance. There is a little noise sometimes as we are on an intersection. Most guests haven’t been affected and have been happy with their stay. But a couple of guests have mentioned this so we will now provide earplugs for guests to use if they require and you can take them home. I lived in this property for 6 months and it never affected me. 5-10 Minutes drive to city, university, museums and the CBD. Please don’t sneak in extra guests from above the booked guests. Check in time - after 2.00pm Check out time - by 10am Early check in or late check out: We offer a early check or late check out of 12pm service for $35 - subject to availability. Please contact us to find out. Must be arranged the day prior to departure. If you require both early check in and late check out it is $70. Children 2 years and under stay for free. Guest access You will be able to access all areas apart from one cupboard which is locked with supplies. Other things to note If the house takes longer to clean due to guest leaving rubbish throughout the house and in a mess then we will send a money request for guest to pay extra cleaning costs required for the cleaners extra time. Late check out or early check in - extra cost $35 (this needs to be arranged prior to your arrival). Do not check in early to our property as we may have guests already in the house who are checking out late. There are no exceptions. If you check in early without prior arrangement, we will charge you a fine of $50. IT is an inconvenience to our cleaners and other guests if you turn up unexpected.
