Super comfortable home in Lindóia

Extremely cozy new house and perfect for those looking for comfort and leisure. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults. Our house is SUPER COMPLETE! It features new furniture, smart TV, full kitchen, swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning stove, garage and outdoor area. In addition to a vegetable garden with all natural products. Fantastic and safe location! + Christ the Redeemer (900 meters); + Grande Lago (850 meters); + Garrafa d'água de Lindóia (400 meters); + Portal de Águas de Lindóia (5.5 km); + Lindóia Center (450 meters). The space The land is quite spacious, with the house, a garden, barbecue area, swimming pool and a small orchard. We have a vegetable garden in the back that guests can use, all without pesticides. We have 2 extra mattresses and a comfortable sofa available, which guests can use to add extra people. The single mattresses are very comfortable (D33). Guest access The family residential neighborhood is quiet and safe. The street is wide, you can park without problems and there is little car traffic. Access in 5 minutes to Águas de Lindóia and 15 minutes to Serra Negra. Other things to note We offer all necessary support during the stay, including the sale of freshly ground coffee, free-range eggs, firewood and some vegetables. All from a friend of our family.
