Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the front deck. There is a boat ramp across the road for the boating enthusiasts, and a jetty to enjoy, with parklike surrounds. The space The property has a comfortable master bedroom with a Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. A second bedroom contains 2 single beds which can be reconfigured to make a double bed (upon request). There are built-in cupboards providing further storage. A modern kitchen allows for dine-in or alfresco options. There is seating to relax and capture the views on the front deck. A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience, including a large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is a shared laundry, BBQ area, parking and backyard for all to enjoy. Guest access Each unit is self- contained.
