Lago Vista Place is a pristine 7 acre lake front private oasis for family and friends to gather The property consists of a main cottage that sleeps 8 and a guest house that sleeps 4  The kitchen is equipped for large gatherings with inside seating for eight and outside seating for 12 within additional picnic tables to accommodate more The property is equipped with a boat dock, 2paddle boards and 2 kayaks  The property can accommodate an RV with a power, no water or septic hook up The space Lake Osoyoos / Waterfront private oasis...ideal for family reunions or multi family holiday's Location: Lago Vista is a privately owned 7 acre property situated on lake Osoyoos in Oroville Washington, a five minute drive from Osoyoos, 45 minutes for Penticton, 5 hours from Vancouver or Seattle Property Amenities 7 acres / 450 feet of waterfront Park like setting with three acres of lawn at the water's edge with four acres of surrounding property providing a unique private dessert setting 2 beaches ~1 beach gradual entry for swimming ~Second beach with stiffer pitch for water skiing Beachside fire pit Boat launch 2 minutes away at City park RV/Camping: Accommodates : 7 max 1 RV sites complete with power only /septic dump in town at City Other things to note We rent out our lake house only 8 weeks a year in the summer and have a one week minimum rental Saturday to Saturday-in July and August 5 night minimum in September
