NEWLY BUILT CONTEMPORARY HOUSE WITH GREAT SEAVIEWS

Our contemporary family home is located in the seaside town of Howth. It is set on Howth hill and has breath-taking sea views. The house is within walking distance of Howth village and Harbour where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. The house is newly built and finished to a very high specification throughout. There is a very large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that connects to the patio via the motorized sliding door system. The is also a play area in the back garden. The space The master bedroom has amazing sea views looking over Howth Harbour, Islands Eye and Lambay Island. All of the 4 bedrooms are large double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite). We can arrange beds/cots to accommodate your stay. On the ground floor we have a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area that leads outside to the south facing patio area that has an outdoor fire place along with a built in BBQ and Pizza oven. There is also a large lawn and woodland area that has amazing sea views, with a built in trampoline and play house and swing area for kids. There is also a separate living room that is fitted with Bose surround sound. There is a Sonos surround sound system fitted throughout the house including bedrooms, bathrooms and the garden. There is high speed broadband and full use of an office and playroom. The are 3 large Sony 4k TV, that have Netflix, Disney, Amazon along with the all major sports channels (including the majority of US and European sport channels). Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. We will close of some of the wardrobes space that have our personal belongings stored in, but we will ensure to have ample storage space cleared out for the guest to use.
