This is a 3 bedroom house in a quiet development in Durham City. It's a 10 min drive or 30 min farmland walk to the centre or there's a bus every 10 mins. There's a private secure garden, off street parking, a lock up garage if needed, a cot and highchair. It has unlimited fibre broadband. The Arnison Centre is within walking distance. This home is a perfect location to explore Durham, and I can organise a full academic year for students. The space This house is great for families. There is a well equipped play park a short walk away and nature reserves to explore. Adventure Valley is a great family day out and is within walking distance. We have Wifi, children's books and DVD's. The property has a travel cot and high chair. It's a perfect base to visit older kids studying at the university. We also welcome those travelling to Durham for work. Guest access My guests will have their own parking place, with a garage for storage/ bikes etc close to the house.
