My cosy 2 bedroom Victorian accommodation is ideally located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of York. There is an outdoor courtyard where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. This beautiful Victorian terrace is comfortably furnished and is the perfect base from which to explore York. The perfect stay for a city break... Longer term stays are welcome, with minimal noise and distractions makes this property perfect for those that like to work from home.. The space This charming two-bedroom home offers a cosy and stylish retreat just minutes from York’s top attractions. ✨ The Space ✨ On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, seamlessly connected to a bright dining area, all freshly redecorated with new carpets in 2022. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a convenient stay, and the spacious downstairs bathroom features a refreshing shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully styled in calming blue tones with antique furnishings, while the second bedroom shines with a chic Marilyn Monroe monochrome theme. Both rooms offer plenty of storage. Outside, a delightful courtyard provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the sun. With Virgin Media fibre broadband and exclusive access to the entire property, this home is your ideal base for exploring York! Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Complimentary tea/coffee is provided, so please take advantage of it when you come after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a large Sainsbury's supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them... FAMILY FACILITIES A travel cot is provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. Please can guests bring their own cot bedding because I do not provide this facility. ADDITIONAL We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbours by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm. STAIRS As is often the case with these older terraced houses, the stairs are very steep, so please be aware of this. DURING YOUR STAY My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
