Coastal and nature views studio

With sea and natural views, on the hill above the Taiharuru River, our private studio is an ideal place to rest and restore. There is access to a large property with sun, fruit trees, native bush, birds, a salt water pool, and a natural estuary at the end of the driveway (kayak and paddle board available). There is an outdoor private outdoor table and bbq. A 2 minute drive to Pataua South and Frogtown beaches. It is 10 minutes to Parua Bay town, with cafe and 4 square for provisions. The space The studio is built from all natural timbers. It is upstairs with a garage downstairs and private bathroom. The studio is adjacent to a primary residence, but is private with separate entrances and a private outdoor dining space with BBQ. The studio is fully self-contained with grill oven and two element cooker.
