The house has all together 5 bedrooms. The entire space is 1722 square feet/ 160 square meters, with 2 entrances. 1 main and another one from the back through the yard. A country side house in the middle of the city, simply amazing! This house has a center location. It takes only 7 minutes walking to the main Technion gate. 10 minutes by bus/car to the university Best location in Haifa: The luxurious neighborhood near Technion. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars just in a very short walking distance. There is 24/7 pharmacy nearby and many bus stops to get around. Taxi costs only 13$ to the sea. Fully equipped including washing machine and a dryer, wireless internet. The house is 2 stories high. Private entrance and garden. Lots of light coming from a large window with electrical shades controlled from the desk or the bed. Large En-suit bedroom - up to 3 guests - 1 single + 1 double bed. It has a working desk and a closet. Very nice small balcony. Private shower and bathroom. Lots of light coming from 3 huge windows with electrical shades controlled from the bed and the working desk. Huge En-suit bedroom - up to 5 guests - 3 single + 1 double bed or 2 double beds. It has a large working desk and a large closet. Very nice big balcony with a bar table, bar chairs and a single bed. Private shower and bathroom. Lots of light coming from a large window with electrical shades controlled from the bed and remotely controlled balcony shades from anywhere in the room (remote controls). Huge Private unit - up to 6 guests - 2 single + 2 double beds or 3 double. It has 2 large working desks and a large closet. 50` TV monitor with a long HDMI cable to connect your laptop from anywhere in the bedroom, including the bed. Private shower and bathroom. Private entrance to a space leading to the bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchen.
