Toprated private beachhouse w/direct beach access

Welcome to our summerhouse by the beach. The house sits in a private location without prying eyes of people passing by, tucked in between the sand dunes of the west coast. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀 The space When you have come up the driveway to the house the first thing to do is to go up on the sand dune sheltering the house. From here you can see far down the coast in both directions and also enjoy all the beautiful sunsets. The location of the house is what convinced us to buy the property. You have a private path to the beach and you have all the privacy you want in the house. The house is built above the ground which means that theres a wide floating terrasse around the house so you can follow the sun anywhere during the day. There is also a covered terrace in case of late nights or a slight drizzle. As you enter the house you come into a hallway with three bedrooms and one bathroom. In bedroom 1 there is a double bed and four cabinets for clothes. Bedroom 2 has a baby bed and also a cabinet for clothes. Bedroom 3 has two single beds and two cabinets for clothes. Theres a tiled bathroom with floor heating, shower, and a washing machine. Entering the main room theres a new kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, induction cookplate, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, waffle iron and pots and pans and what you will need to cook. The dining table has views over the sand dunes and a very slight sea view. One side of the table with chairs the other side with a comfortable bench. The living room has a super comfortable Eilersen sofa (danish design), Børge Mogensen (danish design) coffee table, a safari chair and and Eames rocking chair. Theres a large cabinet with games for the kids and wine glasses for the adults. Theres a new Morsø fireplace for the cold days and nights if there are any... and also a new Panasonic air heater for the whole house. Please note: From 1 October to 30 april there is a single one-time charge of EUR 150 to cover the cost of the electric heating. Guest access All rooms are accessible. Other things to note ♻️ Please be aware that the summerhouse is placed within a nature preservation zone. This means that all garbage has to be taken to a shared waste/recycle collection area approximately 800 meters from the house (on the way out of the summer-house area).
