Private rooms in historic building

Private rooms with own bathroom in a historic building which is part of a house complex of the Catholic Church. It is located in Rifiano close to Merano and surrounded by mountains and nature. The place is ideal for friends, sport enthusiasts and couples. Hiking trails and restaurants are very close to the apartment. Please keep in mind that the building is located next to the church and the bells are audible. CIN: IT021073B4X2RFS9OI The space The room is one of 4 private rooms which are rented on the third floor and are equipped with pvt bathrooms and free access to the kitchen and living room. You will find everything you need, from silverware to a small oven. The only thing missing is a dishwasher. The historic building is located in Rifiano, just 5km away from Merano. It was built in 1770 as a residence for the priest and other clerics. We want to revive it by having respectful people from all around the globe as our guests. The walls are old and uneven; the floor creaks and there is no tv, but instead there's a breathtaking view and an authentic atmosphere. Luxury of a different kind and a true experience in beautiful South Tyrol. Guest access The guests have free access to the kitchen and living room. The other rooms and rest of the building are reserved for other guests or the residents of the house. Ask us in case you would like to see the whole complex and we would be happy to show you around and tell you its history. Other things to note Please keep in mind that we are not a hotel or pension, just a family who is happy to welcome you.
