Two TV's in the living room a 43'' screen FULLYSMART with a BOSE Surround Sound home theatre system providing best home entertainment atmosphere... In the bedroom a 24'' LCD screen connected to a satellite receiver to provide you with over 500 channels while you relaxing in Bed. Top of the Art modern kitchen with highly professional Rosière equipments. A professional pool table in the dining room which convert to an 8 seater dining table. The bathroom fully equipped with a jacuzzi that fits 2 person and a seperate shower with steam system as well. Underfloor heating system that provide WARMTH and allows you to walk on a warm floor bare footed during the Lebanese winter to provide you with ultimate warmth. The MAUD residence is where your stay becomes a unique experience... Guest access The MAUD residence is fully accessible to all our guests all the amenities and the place is all to our guests to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, leaving with an unforgettable experience..... Other things to note The MAUD residence has all the guests needs to provide them with comfort and make them feel home. Internet WiFi is provided free of charge, smart tv (Netflix, yiutube... ) also satellite TV with over 400 channels in the living room as well as the bedroom. ( if you feel like playing a game of 8 ball or nine ball a proper pool table is also available free of charge.. If you wish to have a game or so please let us know when you book to make sure the pool table is ready for you) !!!please note this table is only available for guests that have already a knowledge of the game and have played pool before...!!! the Maud residence is not the right place for families with kids ..... PS: we have been noticing that guests are having wine 🍷 in the bed we had to replace the matress as it was ruined attention: any wine and other spills on the bed sheets and matress will incur a charge of $50 - $200 depending on the damages....
