Other highlights include a professional pool table that converts to an 8-seater dining table, and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi for two and a separate steam shower. Upon arrival, you will be able to access the apartment at your preferred time using our self-check-in system. When departing, please follow the simple check-out instructions provided. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, allowing you to focus on making the most of your stay. Other things to note The MAUD Residence is designed to provide our guests with a comfortable and homely atmosphere. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, and satellite TV with over 400 channels in the living room and bedroom. We also offer a premium coffee experience with our barista-made coffee machine, available for guests to enjoy a freshly brewed cup for a small charge. For entertainment, a professional pool table is available free of charge for guests with prior experience playing pool. Please note this is not a family-friendly environment. Important house rules: wine and other spills on bed sheets and mattress will incur a charge of $50-$200, as we've had to replace the mattress due to previous damages.
