TV & WIFI 🐴 Discover: ✔ Nathalie & Benoit's stable, farrier's shop and trotters ✔ Nearby walks to explore the countryside 🐴 Field available for your horse The space The Trotteurs cottage is a very comfortable family home with a 2,500 m2 enclosed garden. About 120 m2, it consists of the ground floor: * a beautiful entrance opening onto the dining room with its wood-burning stove * a bright and comfortable living room (TV) with access to the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden and the Vallée de la Vie * a modern fully equipped kitchen * a bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs are (3 bedrooms): * 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with toilet * 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed * 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds An electric plancha is available. Outside, a swing and a trampoline are available. You can park easily in front of the house. Nathalie, your host, provides you with linen (sheets, towels, etc.), shower gel & shampoo, and basics (coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil). Guest access You have exclusive access to the whole house and its exteriors. There are no other rentals on the property. Other things to note You will live in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Departure of many hikes in the countryside. Accommodation ideally located in the Orne (2 hours 15 minutes from La Défense), 15 minutes from Camembert, close to Calvados, 50 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg or Houlgate, as well as tourist places and remarkable sites such as the landing beaches, Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, the Château de Guillaume le Conquérant, the Caen Memorial, the Mont-Ormel Museum, etc. All shops (supermarket open 7 days a week, local markets, press, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, banks, tobacco, restaurants) are 10 minutes by car in Vimoutiers. Local markets: Camembert on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Vimoutiers on Monday afternoon and Friday morning, Le Sap-en-Auge on Tuesday and Saturday morning, St Pierres sur Dives on Monday morning. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) and basic products are provided (coffee, salt, pepper, etc.)
