River Lane Cottage is situated in Douglas village up a quiet cul de sac surrouned by Ballybrack river and woods. It is over 150 years old and has been recently renovated to the highest standard. Douglas village is beautiful with a wide range of shops, a park, a cinema, boutiques, award winning pubs and restaurants and the best chipper in Ireland. There is a very regular bus route right outside the door that will bring you into the city only 2 miles away. The house is ideal for young families The space We love our home! It is over 150 years old and full of history. We have 4 bedrooms, a downstairs toilet with sink and a family bathroom with a cast iron bath and power shower. The master bedroom has beautiful high ceilings with exposed wooden beams a walk in wardrobe and en suite with electric shower. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 can be set up as either a double or 2 singles. (Please let us know how you would like your rooms configured in advance of arrival). We love our garden and hope you do too! It is south facing so receives lots of sunshine. If you have kids they will love our tree house with the secret door and fairy village. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and garden. Other things to note This is a quiet residential area.
