Rental unit in Dresden

Because of the central location, our apartment is ideal for sightseeing or trips to Pillnitz as well as to Saxon Switzerland and the Ore Mountains. The public transport (tram, bus) is only about 5 minutes walk from our apartment. Within 20 minutes you are already in the city center of Dresden. The S-Bahn is also just around the S-Bahn. In the evening, you can close the day on the newly built guest terrace. The space The apartment is located in the east of Dresden, near the racecourse and offers the optimal mix between nightly peace and proximity to the sights with its good traffic connections. In our single-family house, a bright and friendly holiday apartment has been created as an apartment on 40 square meters, in which 2 people can leave everyday life behind them. After a long day with countless impressions of the city, you can relax in the large living room with a novel or a good movie (TV available) or share your experiences with the friends via the internet (free WiFi - DSL with 16 Mbps). You can prepare your breakfast in the kitchen and start the day in the cosy dining area and enjoy the view of the Dresden Elbe slope. If the weather is nice, you can also start the day on our guest terrace and have breakfast in the garden. There is a lot available from the ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available for coffee lovers. Extra bed for a third person is easily possible. Infant equipment (cot, high chair) is available. You can park your car comfortably on our enclosed property. You are welcome to end the evening with a round of table tennis. Our large trampoline is also available to the holiday guests. Other things to note We are a family with two children and look forward to seeing you soon. We warmly welcome our guests. The vacation rental is on the first floor of our house. The house is more than 100 years old and has been family-owned for a long time. We are looking forward to continuing the family tradition. As the apartment is located in our house, our holiday guests should be open to children.
