Brand New Stylish Studio

This apartment was created specifically for a short term stay. It is like a room in boutique hotel plus has a small kitchen and washing machine for your convenience. And a bit of traditional Russian living feeling as it is situated in an old brick 5 story building. It is super comfortable, stylish and cozy, full of sunlight. Very warm during winter time! The space This is cozy studio (30sq m) full of light as it has 3 big windows, very warm and clean. It is equipped with all the basics (unlimited filtered water, coffee, tea, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products, etc) so that you don’t have to run to the shops as soon as you arrive. Other things to note This apartment is situated in the 5th floor with no elevator! Please keep in mind lots of steps! If you need registration as a foreign citizen, we can do that for you, but will require extra fee of 1500 rub. Airport transfer is available upon request, cost is 1000 rub.
