Stairs lead up to the open-plan living area where you will find the stylish, well-equipped kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, American style fridge/freezer, double electric oven, microwave, and the all-essential dishwasher. The dining table sits comfortably within the kitchen area seating eight guests and leads to the cosy sitting room where you will find comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, smart television and bi-folding doors to the spectacular terrace looking out to sea and over the harbour, an ideal setting to watch the sunsets over al fresco dining or enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise. Follow the stairs up to the top floor to two further bedrooms. Bedroom three, a lovely versatile bedroom boasting elevated views over the harbour, can conveniently be made up as either a super-king bed or two single beds on request and has an en-suite shower room.
