This cozy, family friendly space is an updated 1br, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living area with a small workstation, and private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of counterspace for those who want to whip up a meal, or just display hot takeout. It's your vacation! The apartment has 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen, an inflatable twin mattress, and pack-n-play. The apartment is below our home, but separate and private. Know that you will hear us as we live on site. The space This space is family friendly, private, and has all the amenities a home away from home should provide. We do not allow pets. Bedroom - The bedroom includes one queen bed and a sound machine. The curtains are light blocking, and the room also comes equipped with a dresser and closet for guest use. Upon request, we can also set up a twin mattress and/or a pack-n-play in the bedroom to accommodate families. Bathroom - The bathroom offers a full tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling glass tile. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for all guests. Kitchen - The kitchen is stocked with all the essential tools for cooking and baking, as well as basic spices and olive oil. We have a drip coffee maker and provide a jar of ground coffee, cream, sugar, and an assortment of teas. For guests traveling with young children, we can set up a highchair. The kitchen also has toddler friendly dishes and bibs. Living Room - Relax, binge, and play in this cozy space that’s equipped with adult games, books, and puzzles as well as kids toys and books. There’s even an infant activity mat for the tiniest travelers! The living room has a pull-out bed which we set up upon request. For those who are working from home away from home, the living room includes a small workstation with a desk and chair. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the apartment and patio located directly in front of the unit. Apartment has a dedicated parking spot directly next to the unit. Other things to note We have two young children, and an infant and we live above the apartment. The apartment has double windows and there is added sound insulation between the apartment and main home to minimize noise.
