Cozy house right on the edge of the forrest with walking and cyckel paths, and only 5 minutes walk from a small lake where it is nice to swim or to go fishing/ Ice skating in winter. Golf course 5 minutes walking distance from the house. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath/toilet room, livingroom with great view and a kitchen connected to a large garden. A typical Norwegian house in the middle of nature. In winter, it is possible to go skiing, with nice cross-country ski trails right outside the front door. The space The house is located right on the property line, so here you are absolutely out in nature. In summer, there are great swimming opportunities nearby. Nice hiking conditions in summer and winter. Possibility to go skiing right out the door. Many hiking trails great for both trail biking and hiking. Other things to note We have a dog ourselves. This one is supposedly allergy-free and does not smoke. For the hyperallergic, it is still good to know that there is usually a dog living in the house.
