A pet friendly property, ideally situated between Manyana Beach and Lake Conjola (10 - 15 min walk), this family beach house is perfect for a group of friends or large/extended families. Upstairs - Open plan lounge with adjoining deck, kitchen/dining area, 3 queen bedrooms, one with single, bathroom with shower, bath, and separate toilet adjacent. Downstairs - Laundry/shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms, a queen (window to garage only) and a double, a sitting room with a single bed. The space Ideally situated between Manyana Beach and Lake Conjola, and 10 - 15 mins walk from either, this family beach house is perfect for a group of friends or large/extended families. No air-conditioning, but tinting on north facing windows keeps the house cool in summer. We also provide fans. Downstairs - Laundry/shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms, a queen (window to garage only) and a double (fitted with Q doona), a sitting room with a single bed and extra mattress. There is a second, small family fridge located in the garage, which you can also use. Guest access You have full access to both the house and garage although you may not use any equipment in the garage with the exception of brooms and other cleaning equipment. Bikes are available for guests to use. There is a pump in the garage should tires need pumping up. We don't provide helmets. Use bikes at your own risk. Other things to note MINIMUM BOOKING OF 3 DAYS DURING EASTER, CHRISTMAS, AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Please note that our house rules state NO SMOKING or VAPING and NO PARTIES, so while we want you to enjoy your stay please be mindful of noise levels created (no noise after 11pm) as there are a number of permanent residents in adjoining properties and we don't want to receive any complaints. If you are not prepared to abide by these restrictions, then please do not apply to book this property. This is a pet friendly property, but pets MUST be kept outside at all times.
